This is a great, honest shop. I found them through an online platform, and so my business with them was over the phone. I was helped out by Collin primarily, and he was always very kind and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from these guys again.

The entire Pack Rat Pawn Shop crew is 10/10. I shop at the Findlay location, like to think of myself as a EVERY loyal customer. They have an amazing selection of the most awesome random stuff. Here’s a list of things I’ve bought over the past year: Taxidermy, ukulele, brand new iMac Pro, neon signs, electric scooters, silver bars, vintage beer signs, gold chains, LOTS of guns, art, vinyl records, punching bags, tvs, PS5, and much more I can’t remember. As a local business owner I believe it’s the people inside a company that makes the company what it is. Shout out my boys Collin, AJ, Huston, and Vince. Thank you for not only your support in me but the support y’all do for our community! Keep it up, you know I’ll be in Delta very soon!

Love all your locations. My husband Mike Hill goes to your Defiance location every Saturday. We have shopped with you guys for years. You guys are the best. And have the best deals around. Always have the friendliest associates and very helpful with the customers. Treat you like family.

I've traveled to Defiance a few times and really enjoyed the place. When I saw they had opened a store close to home, I was thrilled! First time in, I sold something and bought something and got a great deal on both. I love stopping in & browsing. Keep up the good job!

Packrats pawn shops are all amazing! This is not your typical shop. You will find tons of high quality brand new items. Their stores are always stocked and their staff are friendly and helpful. I visit their sites almost daily as they are always getting new items in.

Awesome place! Friendly, helpful staff, great prices, and a broad selection. From records to tools to just about anything you can think of. Just ask for CJ and he'll set you up with a good deal and do it with a bright smile! For the deals you'll get it's worth the drive!

The guys at packrats are top notch! Not only are they cool to talk with but always looking to help with what you need to sell but also with what you buy! Do business with them they are the best! The lights they have up at the defiance store are so cool to see too!
